Providing consultations and technical support to build and develop institutional and planning capabilities, which include:

– Organizational aspects concerned with sponsoring planning practice in   the mining industry, construction and contracting, education, scientific research and other fields.

– Approaches and planning frameworks at the levels of strategic planning in the aforementioned areas.

– Approaches and planning and operational frameworks at project levels in the aforementioned fields.

– Approaches and planning and implementation frameworks for program budgets in the aforementioned areas.
