Designing and organizing training programs to build planning human capacities in the areas of:

– Preparing strategic and operational plans at the national level in the aforementioned areas.

– Preparation of strategic and operational plans at the level of institutions in the government sector, voluntary organizations and the private sector.

– Preparing Project Documents for strategic and operational plans at the level of institutions in the government sector, voluntary organizations and the private sector.

– Preparing program budgets to finance and implement strategic and operational plans projects.

– Providing technical support on following up the implementation and evaluation of strategic and operational plans at the national level and at the level of institutions in the government sector, voluntary organizations and the private sector.

– Providing technical support regarding follow-up implementation and evaluation of strategic and operational plans projects at the level of institutions in the government sector, voluntary organizations and the private sector.
